My husband would get more excited as each week would pass and the clothes kept getting looser and looser. He definitly doesn’t want to back and be heavy again!

He followed the P90X program to the letter, not only in exercise, but also diet. Once he got done with round 1, he then started to work out 2x a day, 4 days a week. Plus he made his diet even leaner.

Excellent work
With moderate activity and a moderate diet of 1586 calories per day you can lose 70 lbs in 280 days. Bump the activity to lose faster. The key is to eat moderate and more meals per day. To more number of meals you eat the higher your metabolism. Make sure your calories are coming from all food groups EXCEPT sugar. You do NOT need sugar.

He really got his health back on track! Really looked unhealthy before. The dark circles around the eyes…I think that can be from no only lack of sleep but also a zinc deficiency.
